Services Offered
Hello my name's Pete and I have been playing and setting up guitars for over 30 years. I am based in Whalley Lancashire.
I’m a big believer in up front pricing so here’s a list of prices with all the variables. If despite this, you have something that falls outside of these please contact me for a quote.
To make a booking you can either pick the product and select the necessary extras listed or you may find it easier to just drop me a message using the contact form.
Either way I will need to message you back and get all the details correct and arrange a time.
Guitar set up.
String change, bridge action, pickup height (if applicable) and intonation plus clean and polish.
Base price is £35 plus cost of new strings unless supplied by customer. (approx £6 but can vary if something special is requested).
For guitars with more than 6 strings a surcharge of £4 per extra string is added. (Including 12 string guitars).
If truss rod adjustment is required add £15
Guitars with Floyd Rose trem add £10 due to extra time and complexity involved.
Bass set up.
String change, bridge action, pickup height (if applicable) and intonation plus clean and polish.
Base price is £30 plus cost of new strings unless supplied by customer. (approx £16 but can vary if something special is requested).
For bass guitars with more than 4 strings a surcharge of £4 per extra string is added.
If truss rod adjustment is required add £15
Just a string change & fretboard clean
£20 plus the cost of new strings unless supplied by customer. Includes a clean and polish. For any instrument with 6 strings or less. Add £1 per string for anything more.
Drop off and collect for free or collection and delivery service available for £10 each way within a 10 mile radius. Contact for a quote for anywhere further.
Strings used will be Ernie Ball or D'addario unless otherwise requested.
I use Guitar Genie cleaning and polishing products. Every service offered comes with a full clean and polish of the instrument including the fretboard which is where most of the gunk accumulates.
